BEST MUSCLE BULDING PROGRAM?
Im talking about programs like p90x but for muscle building mostly i dont need to lose weight. I wanna bulk up with muscle good programs? that arent to expensive! nd please include additional sites thanx!

What’s “best” is highly subjective. What’s best for someone else may not work well for you, etc.. The best thing to do is experiment with different programs to see what gives you the best workout. This is where experience over time is best.
Here is a list of programs you can try. 5×5 is decent and pretty well known for beginner and intermediate lifters. For advanced lifters, MaxOT, HIT and DC are examples that are common. However, most advanced lifters are experienced enough to either create their own program, or alter existing programs to fit their own needs.

Many of these programs listed in the website have sheets you can print out and keep in a notebook, which is a good idea. At minimum, you’ll want to keep a written record somewhere to track progress, preferably something you can bring to the gym with you (I just have a little spiral notebook with my workouts in it so I can refer back and see how I did before, etc).
The key here is to give different programs a fair shot. This means doing each more than just a week before deciding to drop it (unless you have a really good reason for it). I suggest reading each one to see which fits your goals best, pick out two or three, and do complete training cycles in each. Often, there are good, tried and true effective methods that may defy common conceptions, which is why it’s good to give things a fair shot (for instance, HIT calls or LOW volume and high intensity, which is contrary to the high volume training most people do).
Edit: The best programs are also free. If you’re going to spend money on anything, get a (good) personal trainer who specializes in muscle gain.
There are a lot of good programs available, but there are also a lot of programs that make outrageous and over-hyped claims about how much muscle you will gain and how fast you will gain it.
