    Yes-and they work! Eat normal, balanced meals. Cut out all white food: sugar, white flour, white rice, etc., it works.

    Dont wake up in the middle of the night to eat. If you Break REM sleep they try to go back to bed you will screw all kinds of things up. And watch eating to much, to fast cuz you will store fat cells that will mess you up later in life. Go at a long steady pace. keep the work outs eat right and things will work out. Getting to big to fast just doesnt cut it

    i wouldnt recommend weight gainer because it’s not healthy. I tried one for about a month and it made me sick every time I drink it.

    well i made sure i ate breakfast. eggs, sausage, bacon, bread, orange juice, milk etc. then in between lunch i was eating peanuts and power bars. Then for lunch i would eat ALOT of rice and teryaki then in between dinner i eat more peanuts and bars and smoothies etc. then dinner alot of veggies lots of chicken etc. im eating every 3 hours mind you. at 3 am i wake up and drink a 300cal muscle milk shake and go right back to bed then wake up 3 hours later and eat a pbj sandwich. no joke man

    lol. ok i didnt know you had a belly then. I am basically a greyhound. I have like no body fat at all.

    but big1boy is right with the workout but im not sur eon teh double your eating part. maybe just watching what you eat and how often. Since i wanted to gain weight i had to eat like crazy. To lose weight you have to start from the inside then out is my philosophy.

    but the problem is we donot need just weight we want muscles not a big belly im 180 right now but if i started eating like a mad man it may be 190 or more!

    exactly….i started out at 158….got to 173 in less than a month…..just gotta eat like a mad man….

    well since im a very lean person and i have long limbs i did alot of slow movement workouts. Basically doing “negatives” for an hour. It was more like injury prevention. SO i would do bench with dumbbells or squats with EVERYTHING coming down slow with a 5 count. I left the gym every day swole and the last exercise i would do would be dips. the most ive gotten to was 40. Thats ok i guess but i havent worked out in a while. I need motivation. Do you have any advice?

    thats why i said roughly 2 weeks. It was actually about 3-4 weeks total to be exact though.

    but like no joke i gained muscle SO fast. I ate every 3 hours and in between those 3 hours i was eating. I was on a 5000 calorie a day diet. any other questions though?
