    I have a high metabolism, & I dont gain any weight when i eat, & i eat a lot, & i really want to put weight on, im 14 & weigh just under 7 stone, i tried on my school uniform today & i looked awful, my trousers were really baggy, i was well upset, haha

    u gotta eat more than u normally would and at least 5 to 6 meals a day 2 to 3 hours apart
