@Trikingking212 and thats a small bowl..you can get in 1500 calories a day with just a bowl of sunflowr seeds and a litre of milk..it isnt hard to get calories in
@Marine475 r u stupid i used to eat 4 to 5 k a day and couldnt gain to much weight.now that im 24 i maintain 3 k a day to saty at 200lbs..its not the same for everybody some girls can get fat off 2000 calories a day in no time, there are lots of other factors

Hey well im 16 and i weight 134lbs. In january i started to work out. My first time bench was 135lbs when i weight 134lbs. But here in june now, i can bench 175lbs. Is that to much to increase in 16 weeks?

WTF!? 3000-6000 kcal per day?! For person who benches 100 LBS? Are you kidding me? Even if you’re super human genetic freak with superb training and spot on nutrition max you can put on in a year is about 20-30 lbs of muscle if you exceed your caloric intake by 1000-4000 kcal per day you’ll end up with morbid obesity in few months. I don’t even think it’s possible to go from 2000 kcal to 3-4k per day just like that. 3-6k kcal per day is Ronnie Coleman territory and lives in the gym.
