I want to lose fat gain muscle and get a six pack?
Im about 5″6 and i way 145 llbs. I want to get down to about 130. The problem is my stomach and chest are fat. By the way im male. I have no muscle at all. How do i get more muscle im my arms and a six pack?

work out your arms
um u work out, do a variety of ab exercises, EVERYDAY, and work ur chest, biceps, and triceps twice a week. and eat plenty of protein. prolly some cardio too, to burn some fat off.
100~200 push ups a day for arms, chest, some what back
500~1000 sit ups a day for ab muslces
massive cardio to burn off the fat outside the muscle
